Colby Smyth was born and raised in Vienna, Virginia and has strong ties to Northern Virginia. He attended West Virginia University where he studied Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Communications. He has been doing real estate full time since graduating in 2011 and joined the team in 2013.
Morgan Samson Smyth is Casey’s daughter and was born and raised in Vienna VA. Growing up, she was very involved in VYI sports playing basketball, softball and soccer. She attended James Madison High School where she was a cheerleader, lacrosse player and waitress at the Vienna Inn. After she graduated in 2007, Morgan decided to head down south to the University of Alabama “Roll Tide”. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, and just like her dad, a huge football fan. She finished up her college career at James Madison University, graduating with a degree in communications.
In 2017, this dynamic duo, a husband and wife team, joined forces and have been shining brightly ever since. They particularly enjoy working with first-time home buyers and taking on rehab projects. The diversity of their work and the opportunity to meet new people consistently keep them enthusiastic about their job.
