2019 Pre Spring Market
Unlike 2018, the 2019 Pre Spring market this year is charging out of the gate similar to 2017 in most of our area. We are seeing homes, that are prepared to sell, receiving 30-40 visitors and multiple contracts in the sub million dollar markets. Inventory is still far below 2017 levels so we are in a sellers market in most of the areas. This does not mean sellers can over price or under prepare their homes for sale. Buyers are still picky but it may have more to do with the uncertainty of the market which could be resolved soon.
