We are very lucky to have Casey’s brother, Pat Samson, on the team and expand our expertise to western markets. Pat brings 10 years of experience as a mortgage banker, which makes him invaluable to our buyers.

• Over 25 years of Northern Virginia Residential Real Estate and Mortgage Experience
• Pat organized the mortgage banking arm of Samson Properties in 2002.
• Over his tenure he oversaw over $3 Billion in mortgage financing for Samson Properties clients.
• He personally closed over $980M in residential transactions as a Realtor and lender!
• Pat is TCST’s top alt agent and carries the experience to handle ANY situation that could arise
• Pat is a mentor to the professional, younger agents on TCST
• Pat has lived and worked in Centreville, Virginia since 1986
• Booster at Westfield and Centreville High Schools since 2001
• Past Treasurer and Coach at SYA Little League
• Member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Centreville
• Pat has been married for 30 years and has 2 children, Billy and Michelle, both of which are key assets of TCST
