Cherry Drive, a beautiful home in Fairfax is now under contract! This week our sellers of Ingle Place in Alexandria, Virginia went to settlement. Pam and Shayna are now house hunting with our sellers, turned buyers. We wish them luck while looking for their new home but we know they are in good hands! Our sellers on Awbrey Court in Franklin Farm also closed this week. These sellers are relocating to the beach in North Carolina and we would be lying if we said we were not jealous.
